Solstrand

This event - our 18th since the first in 2017 - is tailored to integrate in to the AFF’s Solstrand Leadership Programme and raise the level of digital awareness amongst senior managers within Norway’s government, business, non-profit and cultural communities.

Norway has held its Solstrand Programme since 1953 and, as such, it is one of the longest running, and most successful leadership development programmes in the world.

Our goal at this event is to bring some of the conversations around the Social Machine to senior leaders who have the responsibility of shepherding their companies and their people through the challenging years to come.

As a core part of this we will deliberately create a space where everyone can be brave, can say the things that they know need to be said, and be prepared to apply intellectual rigour to challenging ideas that might take us to uncomfortable places.
